Glaring Light Coming From Other Vehicle Causing Disturbance While Driving During Night Time
Sunglasses during night time! Isn’t it sounding cool! But here we are not discussing sunglasses as a style or fashion. Here we discuss sunglasses as a necessity. Usually people face difficulty during night because of glaring light. The glaring light might be just distracting, but some time it can be dangerous. As we see many driver or motorcycle rider face problem to drive or ride during night time due to the glaring light. These glaring lights are light coming from the streetlight, oncoming headlights, and other light sources. These lights may reflect from the street surface and present a serious visibility problem to the driver. Some times driving without a sunglass during rainy weather makes driving more hazardous, as the wet streets and sidewalks reflect even more light than usual. Further it might lead to “night myopia”, where you loose focus on the distant objects. To avoid such situation motorcycle riders must wear protective sunglasses and same for the vehicle driver.
The night sunglasses are made up of yellow or amber coating on the lenses with anti-reflective coating. The yellow or amber tint reduces the amount of blue light that is transmitted through the eye, it is also recommended for daytime driving use in hazy or foggy conditions. These yellow or amber tints solves the problem of government not allowing the use of sunglasses during the night time as they say it hides the drivers identity, but as these sunglasses has yellow or amber coating on the lenses the identity of the driver is revealed. So why not to wear sunglasses during night time!
